We're on the hunt for a Field Sales Executive to help us grow our footprint in the convenience sector. This is a flexible, on-the-road role that's perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows their way around independent retailers, and enjoys turning conversations into long-term customer relationships.
You'll be responsible for visiting convenience stores, engaging owners/managers, and securing stockists for our food-to-go range. This is about new business development -- identifying opportunities, pitching the range confidently, and getting our products onto shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Visit convenience stores in target areas to introduce the Northern Bites brand and product range
Secure new stockists and build long-term relationships with retailers
Maintain a record of all activity, leads, and conversions
Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times
Work flexibly to meet targets and maximise regional opportunities
Experience
Sales experience in the convenience or FMCG sector (essential)
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated and results-driven - you enjoy chasing a win
Strong understanding of how independent retailers operate
Access to your own car and a full UK driving licence.
