Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends using IT tools.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully in a competitive environment.
Time management skills that enable you to prioritise tasks effectively.
