Working with new and existing clients based within the M25, this newly created role as

Field Sales Executive

is tasked with identifying new leads and opportunities, and in building brilliant relationships with our existing customers.

You will be targeted with establishing a core range within each account, and then start building relationships to win more business, sell in promotions and additional ranges and categories.

The role is part of a small team to communicating across the team is essential to support each other in identifying business opportunities and growing accounts across Foodservice, and independent pubs, cafes, and hotels.

You will be:

Identifying potential new customers and executing customer acquisition plans through visits, promotional items and regular communications

Increasing repeat business from existing accounts through creating and building trusted relationships with key decision makers.

Increase customer awareness of our brands by sampling in key accounts, creating point of sale placements and merchandising.

Managing the planogram and ranging within key accounts ensuring accurate store implementation and securing feedback.

Maintaining accurate records on the CRM to allow accurate analysing and reporting on sales activity, new business, repeat business and performance against target.

Ideally you will have one years' experience in a direct selling role - working in a business to business environment, and can quantify the impact you have had in terms of sales position and business won. You will be influential, driven and resilient - with first class communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with key accounts.
