The Role:
At Potters, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier window cleaning services right to our customers' doors. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll meet potential residential and commercial customers, explain the value of our services, and help them through the sign-up process. You'll ensure every customer is satisfied and has a seamless experience with Potters Window Cleaning.
About You:
Sales experience is a plus, but not essential
You have
excellent communication skills
and the confidence to engage with potential customers.
You're a
self-starter
, motivated, proactive, and great at managing your time.
Familiarity with the window cleaning industry is a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know!
An example of a day in the life of a Field Sales Executive at Your Local:
9:00 AM:
Head out your assigned area.
10:00 AM:
Start knocking on doors, introducing potential customers to Potters services, and guiding them through the sign-up process.
12:30 PM:
Take a break for lunch
1:00 PM:
Back on the road to connect with more potential customers and showcase the value of our window cleaning services.
4:30 PM:
Wrap up the day by checking in with your Director and completing any callbacks from the day.
6:00 PM:
Finish the day knowing you've earned toward your OTE while enjoying flexibility and a supportive environment.
