We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while effectively managing time and resources. This role requires strong communication skills in English, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a solid understanding of IT systems to support operational efficiency.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Utilise IT tools for reporting, tracking sales performance, and maintaining customer records.
Organise meetings and presentations with clients to showcase products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
A valid driving licence is essential for travel between client locations.
Familiarity with IT systems and software relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
