Navson are a successful and established brand owner operating in multiple FMCG categories are looking for FMCG Field Sales Executive / Wholesale Activator to build on its wholesale / Cash & Carry success.

This is a fast-paced role working with multiple brands. There'll be a high level of autonomy, so you'll need to be organised and have a solid record of converting sales.

Reporting to the sales controller this role is field based with the majority of time spent building relationships with our wholesale partners and their customers. This role will expose you to wholesale sales and gives you an opportunity to be rewarded for your motivation and skills.

Working closely with the Sales Controller to deliver a key part of the sales strategy. Working with our wholesale customers to increase category sales and dominance. Increasing staff knowledge of the product and initiatives to build up awareness. Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximise in wholesale visibility. Manage Midlands, North-West and Yorkshire territory.

Performance Measurements:



Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's. Deliver against distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics. Deliver product distribution growth. Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity. Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed in conjunction with your manager to meet business and customer needs.

The candidate:



5 days field based: 37.5 hours per week. Hungry and energetic. Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to influence people. Knowledge of the convenience marketplace. Experience in food & drink preferred but not essential. Positive can-do attitude. Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated. Show strong organisational and time management skills. Establish rapport and build relations across all levels. Right to work in the UK. Experience in a similar field sales / van sales or merchandising role in the retail convenience sector will be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the successful candidate, plus ongoing support.

28,000 Basic Salary

Commission / Bonus:

OTE to 20% of basic salary uncapped.
