Offering a starting salary up to 40k, with uncapped commission, and a realistic annual commission circa 25k we are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of developing new client relationships across the North/ West of England.
The role is entirely remote/field based and will solely focus on new business wins, covering the entire UK, with a focus on the North/ West of England.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the region, using a mix of self-sourced leads and leads generated via local Account Managers
Introducing our products and services to prospective clients, understand their safety needs, and build trust from the first contact
Delivering tailored pitches, product demos, and proposals to convert prospects into customers
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the first deal
Working closely with our regional account management team, ensuring smooth handover of new clients and maintaining positive internal relationships for long-term success
Maintaining accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and sales progress in our CRM system

The ideal Field Sales Executive will be/have:
Proven experience and success in B2B field sales and/ or new business development
A natural hunter mentality - self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets
A proven ability to generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills - both with external clients and internal teams
Ability to understand client needs and present product solutions that solve real-world challenges
Organised and autonomous, capable of managing your own region and schedule effectively.
Full UK driving licence - travel within the North West is essential.
