We support commercial landlords, hotel groups, FM companies, and public-sector clients with repairs, planned maintenance, EV charging, and compliance services.
We are expanding across the region and now looking for a motivated
Field Sales Executive
to help grow our commercial client base.
The Role:
You will be the face of Clementine in the field - identifying opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and building long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, relationship-led sales role suited to someone who understands property, trades, or FM environments.
Key responsibilities:
Generate and convert commercial leads across the North East
Visit office buildings, hotels, industrial units and meet site managers
Sell reactive repairs, planned maintenance packages, EV charger installs and FM contracts
Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, contractors and council partners
Attend networking events and proactively grow the Clementine brand
Work closely with our engineering teams to provide accurate quotes and fast response times
Hit monthly targets with full support from our management and operations teams
About You :
A confident relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people
Experienced in B2B sales (property, FM, repairs, technical services or similar preferred)
Driven, organised and able to manage your own pipeline
Comfortable walking sites, climbing plant rooms, and talking to engineers
Able to understand basic technical or building-services concepts (full training provided)
A team player - honest, reliable, and aligned with our "Fair Deal" values
Full UK driving licence required.
