As a Field Sales Executive, you'll travel to workplaces across the country, engaging with employees face-to-face and helping them access the support and protection they deserve.
What You'll Be Doing
Travelling to client sites across the UK (Monday-Friday, with overnight stays)
Having one-to-one conversations with employees about their benefits and insurance options
Helping staff register on our Hapi platform and understand how to use their benefits
Representing Personal Group with energy, empathy, and professionalism
Working towards clear goals while always treating customers fairly
No cold calling! You'll visit pre-booked locations such as care homes, bus depots, and warehouses, where employees are expecting to meet you.

We're Looking For
A Full UK Driving Licence (0-6 points, no bans in the last 4 years)
Someone who's confident, empathetic, and enjoys meeting people
A good listener who can build rapport and adapt to different situations
Comfortable working towards goals and open to feedback
Willingness to travel and stay away Monday to Friday
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, care, or community work is welcome -- but not essential
