About the Role

We're looking for a

hard-hitting, driven Salesperson

to help grow the

domiciliary side of our optometry business

- visiting clients, building relationships and driving new business.

You'll be on the road, meeting people face to face, turning enquiries into bookings and opening new doors for our domiciliary optoms. If you love sales, don't mind the miles, and have a genuine "get it done" attitude, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Visiting potential and existing clients across

Wembley and surrounding areas

Promoting our

domiciliary optometry services

and converting leads into bookings Building and maintaining strong relationships with care homes, community groups and other partners Hitting and exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets Keeping simple, accurate records of visits, leads and conversions Feeding back on what you're seeing in the field so we can keep improving the service
What We Offer

Basic salary + uncapped commission

Average commission

around 500 per week

for solid performers

All work-related expenses paid

(fuel, parking, mileage etc.) Full

training on our services and the optical sector

Ongoing support from a friendly, hands-on team - you won't be left on your own Genuine progression opportunities as the domiciliary side grows
What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence

and access to your

own car

(essential) Based in or very close to

Wembley

Proven

sales background

- door-to-door, field sales, telesales, B2B or B2C A true

"can do" attitude

and willingness to go above and beyond Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people face to face Comfortable working towards targets and earning through commission

Optical experience is preferred but not essential

- full training provided
