Job Title: Full-time Sales Representative (PSW Visa Eligible)
Salary Structure:
Base Salary + 3% Commission for each completed deal.
Base Salary:
26,000 Annually
Minimum target:
1-4 deals per month
Working Location:
Flexible -- to be discussed, as we are expanding nationally.

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct field door-to-door sales targeting end residential customers with team leader.
Visit communities and residential areas, participate in offline events, and promote products.
Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and social media channels;
Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process;
Maintain customer satisfaction, record sales data, and provide market feedback.
Job Requirements:
