Job Purpose



We're looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to accelerate our growth across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business and take ownership of developing new client relationships through strategic and in-market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation



Proactively research and identify new sales leads across multiple channels. Use platforms like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to generate interest. Arrange appointments with qualified leads. Conduct in-market speculative visits to potential clients.

Selling



Conduct face-to-face and video meetings with prospective clients. Understand and articulate client pain points. Deliver tailored product demonstrations. Effectively manage the sales cycle and ensure CRM data is kept up to date. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Relationship Building



Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Stay informed about changes in your client base (e.g., strategy shifts, decision-maker changes).

Qualifications and desirable criteria



We're seeking an independent, highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment. You should be confident in approaching new clients and skilled at identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Required Experience & Skills:



3rd Level qualification or equivalent in education/experience 3+ years field sales experience, ideally selling to Irish retail or hospitality clients. Strong lead generation and prospecting capabilities. Proven success in closing sales and managing long-term client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face). High level of self-motivation, discipline, and initiative. Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demo SaaS products.

Special factors

Targets Negotiable with Owner Hybrid role and on the road, working from home.

NOTE: this role is a field-based role and it's expected that you will be on the road 4 days per week


Benefits:



Salary STG: 30-35K plus bonus OTE 40k. EU/ROI: /ROI: EUR 40 - 45k plus bonus OTE EUR50k Company vehicle or Mileage allowance Expenses allowance 20 days paid annual leave + public holidays Company laptop/PC provided Pension offered post successfully passing probationary (6 months)
