We are currently seeking ambitious Field Sales Executives to help expand doorstep delivery services for one of the UK's most respected food distribution companies. Working in pairs, you will promote a well-established product range directly to potential customers in local communities.
This community-focused role involves direct customer engagement, promoting high-quality, locally sourced products to new households in targeted areas.
Position Overview

• Location: Field-based across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, and North Wales

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week - typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00 (including travel); occasional overnight stays

• Contract: Full-time and part-time options available

• Pay: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

• Promote doorstep delivery services directly to residents via local area canvassing

• Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and present the service confidently

• Represent the brand with professionalism and energy

• Record customer information accurately and liaise with internal teams

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets

• Travel regularly to new areas (vehicle provided if applicable)

• Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - energy, reliability, and confidence are key

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with the public

• A self-starter who works well in a target-driven environment

• Full UK driving licence required

• DBS check required (can be supported as part of the recruitment process)

• Uncapped Commission: Earn significantly above your base salary based on performance
