The Field Sales Executive will represent the organisation by engaging with members of the public at their homes in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner. The role is focused on creating positive first impressions, raising awareness, and generating interest in our products/services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building trust quickly, and working as part of a supportive team.
The Role:
Knock on doors in allocated areas, introducing the organisation and explaining our purpose clearly and confidently.
Engage in positive conversations with members of the public, providing accurate information and answering questions.
Identify potential leads or sign-ups, ensuring all information is collected correctly and ethically.
Work to individual and team targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Record activity and feedback accurately for reporting purposes.
Represent the organisation in line with its values, ensuring respect, inclusivity, and excellent customer service at all times.
