Field Sales Representatives

who thrive on face-to-face selling and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for an

Urdu-speaking individual

who enjoys working in the field, meeting clients in person, and developing long-term business opportunities.

The main purpose of the role is to promote and sell Magnum Packaging's product range by visiting prospective and existing customers, using a relationship-based sales approach. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, discussing customer needs, recommending suitable products, and securing orders. Existing market data and leads will be provided, alongside the expectation that you proactively generate new clients within your territory.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will work alongside a motivated and professional sales team. Healthy competition, ongoing support, and full product and sales training will be provided. While previous B2B or field sales experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from confident individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to learn and build a long-term sales career.

The ideal candidate will:

Urdu fluently
