As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for representing our brand in the field, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our customers while achieving sales targets.

Duties

Drive to various locations to engage with clients and promote our services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly. Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure sales agreements. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using IT tools. Organise schedules efficiently to maximise time management and productivity in the field. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales and customer management is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective negotiation techniques. Time management skills that allow for efficient planning and execution of daily activities.
