We're now on the lookout for a driven and experienced
Field Sales Representative/Business Development Manager
to join our expanding team full-time. This exciting role is split between field-based client visits and time spent at our Sheffield HQ, where you'll promote our diverse service offerings -- from B2B First Aid Training to event medical services -- to clients ranging from small businesses to national organisations.

# Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
Promote our range of services through face-to-face meetings, phone, and email
Tailor proposals and packages to suit client needs
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent Echo at trade shows and sales events
Provide regular reports and feedback to management
Maintain and manage a structured client database
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
You: What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' proven B2B sales experience
A strong track record of hitting (or smashing) targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-starter with integrity, motivation, and a drive to succeed
Ability to think critically, problem-solve and manage time effectively
Must live within a commutable distance to our Sheffield HQ
