Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Manager to oversee operations and drive performance in our field teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyse data effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams meet their targets while maintaining high standards of service. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to communicate in Spanish would be advantageous.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage field teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve processes. Conduct regular training sessions to equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale. Maintain effective communication with upper management regarding team progress and challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all field operations.

Experience



Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a sales or field operations environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay: 80,000.00-150,000.00 per year
