Manufactured in our own facility in West London, our products are available in over 40 countries in selective channels, from department stores, beauty stores, pharmacies and online retailers, to clinics and luxury spas.

About This Role



The role will entail you overseeing the performance of The Organic Pharmacy clinic , pharmacies , independent and retail across London and the South, reporting to the UKI Sales Director.



We are looking for someone to drive sales and educate our retail partners on The Organic Pharmacy brand and product ranges. This role will rely heavily on your ability to build relationships with our customers and find ways to develop sell-in, sell-out, and loyalty through brand and new product presentations, training, visual merchandising, and occasionally shop floor animations.



Our current customers consist of renowned department stores within and outside of London, as well as selected beauty stores, pharmacies, and independent stores, both in brick-and-mortar and online.



The role is primarily based in London but will also require frequent trips around the UK and Ireland, which may involve overnight stays. You may occasionally be asked to work weekends to support at events .



Key Roles and Responsibilities:



Clinic Management



Managing 1 Clinic manager with 7 team members



Define strategy, discuss sales targets with team, and provide clear goals and expectations to store teams to maximize sales and customer service while maintaining the brand image.

Manage and coach store managers, staff, and floating staff to achieve sales targets, defining recruitment, training, development, and disciplinary needs. Support is provided by HR and training teams.

Visit key stores regularly, set and lead weekly calls with Store Managers and retail teams, and organize store managers' meetings, involving other departments as necessary.

Success relies on a strong understanding of what drives sales, including treatment menu protocols, booking and rebooking, product and protocol training, merchandising, assortment selection, NPD, marketing activation, and clear communication with stores and customers.

Organisation and prioritisation to identify best practices that can be replicated, and opportunities for exclusivity or simplification.

Work efficiently with marketing and training teams to implement action plans.



Field Sales



Sales & Business Growth:



Define sales strategies, set clear goals, and align targets with customers to optimize sales while upholding the brand's image.

Achieve individual KPIs/targets set by the UK Sales Director, influencing and incentivising customers to achieve overall KPIs/targets.

Build strong relationships to gain support on the shop floor both during and outside of store visits.

Provide sell-out animation when needed, representing the brand in-store to drive sales.



General Management:



Organize regular meetings with store management and pharmacy/ retail partners and conduct store visits to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities. Your ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.



Training & Brand Education:



Organize and conduct on-the-spot training sessions, both for new and existing partners, on brand, product, and merchandising standards.



Merchandising & Brand Standards:



Adhere to guidelines, spot-check stores during visits, and recommend necessary improvements to ensure The Organic Pharmacy standards are respected.



Stock Management:



Check stock levels on products, testers, and samples, report on low levels to the store, and encourage customers to speak to buyers or customer service regarding stock issues.

Keep stores informed on potential out-of-stocks and delivery lead times.



Reporting & Communication:



Provide weekly and monthly reports to the UK Sales Director and relevant internal teams on sales, stock levels, opportunities, risks, and action plans.

Reports should include quantitative data, qualitative insights, and supporting photos.



Relationship Management:



Develop strong working relationships with store owners, staff, brand representatives, managers, and internal teams to unlock new business opportunities.

Organize store manager meetings and training sessions, collaborating with marketing and training departments for seamless execution.



About You

Experience in beauty/skincare field sales (1-2 years of relevant experience).

Preferably clinic/ concession management experience

Passion for beauty and wellness, with excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Confident and engaging, with the ability to present brand values and product portfolios to a wide audience.

Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player.

Self-starter, keen on research, and always looking to expand industry knowledge.

Strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate future business needs.

Willingness to travel frequently within the UK, including overnight stays.

Must live within easy commuting distance to London and hold a clean driving license.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
