What you'll be doing

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team nationwide. Manage key strategic accounts and support new business opportunities. Shape the future of how drinks are served, sold, and celebrated in the UK hospitality scene. Collaborate with brand teams to develop impactful activations and consumer experiences. Drive distribution and ensure our brands shine in bars, pubs, and venues.

Who we're looking for

Field Sales Management experience in FMCG drinks (On-Trade essential). Proven strong network within the hospitality sector. Proven ability to motivate and develop a national team. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently. Willing to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
