We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing field sales (door to door), ensuring that sales targets are met, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to analysing sales data and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise field sales (door to door) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales goals.
Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance across the team.
Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Hire, train, mentor, and support team members in best practices for sales techniques and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a sales environment is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
A track record of successfully leading teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
