Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching our flat roofing services directly to homeowners, with the goal of generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is not hard sell role- its about starting conversations, understanding customer needs, and introducing them to a service that adds value. The ideal candidate is confident and outgoing with good communication skills, self-motivated and target-driven. They will be comfortable working outdoors and speaking with the public, reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Duties
Door to door sales, in designated areas engaging with homeowners Generating leads and meeting daily sales targets Collect customer information adhering to GDPR requirements. Represent Storm Solutions Ltd professionally and ethically.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role. Sales experience is not mandatory however is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 500.00-1,500.00 per week
