We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Representative

to join the

Skincare by Sacha

team. This role involves engaging with pharmacies, clinics, and salons, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing stockists.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen understanding of

B2B skincare or beauty sales

. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a

while representing our products across various locations in

Northern Ireland and Ireland

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories through proactive outreach and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and salons to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct brand and product presentations tailored to each client's needs. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit. Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and marketing materials. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of

Skincare by Sacha's

products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients. Organise schedules efficiently to optimise daily visits and maximise sales potential. Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, pop-up events, and in-store training sessions.

Experience



Proven experience in

B2B or field sales

, ideally within

skincare, beauty, or pharmaceutical industries

. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal. Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Proficiency in IT systems, including

CRM software

and

MS Office applications

. Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple client appointments and follow-ups.
