Field Sales Executive

to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and promote RGF's services Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion Prepare proposals, quotations, and account plans Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience

specifically within the

transport and logistics industry

Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets Strong commercial awareness and understanding of logistics operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Full UK driving licence
