26,000 - 35,000 DOE + commission

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the role

We are recruiting a Field Sales Representative to support growth within a regulated, government-related services sector. This role focuses on selling compliance and verification services to UK businesses that recruit staff at scale.

You will start office-based to learn the service, systems, and sales process. Once confident, the role will progress into a field-based position, meeting clients and generating new business.

Your responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, meetings, and site visits Build relationships with SMEs, recruiters, care providers, education providers, and contractors Present services clearly and handle pricing and objections Manage your own pipeline and update the CRM accurately Work closely with internal admin and operations teams Meet monthly sales and activity targets

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience (field or telesales) Confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers Comfortable selling regulated or compliance-led services Strong communication and organisation skills Full UK driving licence preferred Motivated by commission and results
