ROLES AVAILABLE

Field Sales Representative

Visiting potential customers throughout Wales. Unusually, this role is bonus-based but we care about our people and therefore believe that every family should have a reliable salary. We pay the best salaries, are very demanding and we expect to pay the most once we are established. It is likely that successful applicants will have several years of sales experience, have regularly won top sales advisor many times and believe that they are nearly good enough to be our Welsh Sales Manager when we expand.

PAY

Everyone joins the same income structure, the structure is flexible, how much you earn and how fast you progress is significantly up to you:

Month 1: probation month, 20,000pa Month 2: 25,000pa Month 3: 26,000pa

Month 4: 27,000pa Month 5: 28,000pa Month 6: 29,000 pa

Month 7: 30,000pa Month 8: 31,000pa Month 9: 32,000pa

Month 10: 33,000pa Month 11: 34,000 pa Month 12: 35,000pa

Month 24: 47,000pa Month 36: 59,000pa Month 48: 71,000pa

Month 60: 83,000pa Month 72: 95,000pa Month 84: 107,000pa

JOB DETAILS

Full-time;

Seven to eight hours Monday to Friday from 7am, no weekends if targets met;

Twenty days paid holiday; this is expected to increase as we prosper;

90% of time is spent visiting retailers, perhaps 10% building pipe-lines from home;

Our marker includes most businesses in Wales

GAP IN THE MARKET

Our market-research shows that once they understand what we can do to help them, 80% of retailers are keen to buy from us and a further 10% will do so if our samples are as good as claimed. This means that the retailers are not happy with their current suppliers. It also means that we are highly innovative and can therefore offer more solution than our competitors. This should mean that most conversations result in a sale.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Field-sales is about you discovering retailers' problems and explaining how we can help them to prosper. If you have a good memory, immense energy and love chatting, then this might be the perfect job for you;

You will be responsible for locating convenience stores, corner shops and other businesses in your territory, making appointments to chat with the owners, reporting to your manager, achieving target;

Training determines your income and progression; you will spend up to one day per week with our experts and, if you have what it takes, we will back you to obtain professional qualifications or a degree so your career progresses.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must be very smart; which is not the same as having good qualifications;

You must have a happy, sunny personality, people should enjoy chatting with you;

You must enjoy helping people to solve their problems, this means observing their business to understand how it works, and asking questions to decide what we can offer to make them happier;

Determination, you must be very keen to work, you will be salaried and visiting potential customers all day with minimal supervision, therefore you will be judged on how many accounts you open per week; we are very keen to promote you, just provide the evidence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Locating convenience stores and corner-shops; Persuading decision-makers to make an appointment to chat with them; Discovering potential customers' problems and offering our solutions; Logging accurate sales records with your manager; Most of every day will be spent doing the above; Achieving Monthly Targets and KPIs; Contributing solutions to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled, and analysing customer reactions; Enjoying the promotions and rewards produced by your efforts; We expect to work in many markets throughout Walesand the UK.

CAR NEEDED

You will need a car, 31p per mile can be claimed; particular success can result in a car being provided.

SALES BONUS

Although salary-based, a 2,500 performance bonus will be paid at the end of your third month provided all sales targets are met.

Our training will be focused on enabling you to be eligible for both our senior roles and for a wide range of lucrative external careers such as accountant;

Depending on performance, a car might be available from month three depending on performance.
