Door-to-Door Sales Representative

to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the face of our business -- engaging directly with potential customers, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

Visit residential areas to engage with potential customers face-to-face. Present our products and services clearly, highlighting key benefits. Build trust and rapport by listening to customer needs and answering questions. Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed performance targets. Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads. Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after sales. Share insights and strategies with the team to improve overall performance. Plan your daily route effectively to maximise efficiency and results.

What We're Looking For

Sales or customer service experience

(minimum 1 year preferred). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written). Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using IT tools and applications for sales tracking. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Own car

(would be an advantage).

Salary & Benefits

Commission:

Uncapped commission structure -- the more you sell, the more you earn.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

24,000 - 50,000+ annually (full-time).
