We are experiencing steady growth and are looking for a sales representative to join our company sales team to Increase and manage existing sales.
Based in Oldham, we currently have a vacancy for a field sales representative .
This is an opportunity to join our growing sales & service driven organisation in an interesting and varied role. The successful candidate will be joining a forward thinking company which offers continuous support and career progression.
The successful candidate will be required to create new sales opportunities and work with our existing customers to form strong business partnerships, to increase sales and also identifying and targeting new businesses
Key responsibilities are:
To create strong business relationships with new and existing customers to maintain and achieve increased sales.
Respond effectively and exceed targets set and agreed with Manager
Day-to-day communication with customers either in person or via telephone, email etc
To be self motivated and be able to maintain key accounts whilst developing new areas of business.
Create realistic sales plans to increase product mix within existing and potential customers.
Agreed number of sales visits per week/month.
Plan route to maximise number of visits per geographical area
Lease with internal staff regularly re sales leads, customers needs etc
Ideal candidate should have good sales background with a fresh and forward thinking approach. You will need to be enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate must have
Experience of sales, preferably in Welding, Engineering, PPE or Abrasive Products
Energetic and self motivated
Responds to and sets own targets
IT literate
Methodical and logical approach to work
Smart and professional appearance
Team player
Excellent work ethic
Clean Driving Licence
