RAVE Coffee has gone through huge growth and we are looking to broaden our expertise within the Wholesale and B2B space.
We're looking for someone highly commercially minded, a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative who knows how to drive growth, build meaningful client relationships
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the food and drink space, specifically B2B sales, a deep understanding of the sales cycle, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. With the ability to set us apart from our competitors.
Expected responsibilities:
Drive new accounts into Rave and manage them.
Be(come) a coffee pro - and know your stuff
Genuinely be interested in getting people to drink better coffee
Understand the balance between commericality, goodwill and value add
Work closely with the rest of the business to ensure your customers get what they need
Being responsible and measured on the retention of your customers
Plus a lot of other things you will define yourself!
