This
field-based role
covers
the Midlands and North of England
, with a requirement to work from our
head office in Stevenage
as needed for business requirements, to collaborate with our office sales team and the London/South Sales Rep.
You will be responsible for generating
new business
and managing
existing accounts
for our range of
diamond core drills, Re-Tips, and diamond blades
. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, working closely with
contractors, builders, and construction companies
to provide expert product advice and tailored solutions.
What We Offer:
Competitive Base Salary
- 34,000 to 36,000 (dependent on experience)
Uncapped Commission
- 1.5% of net invoice value

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
Upsell additional and new products to the existing client base
Develop a thorough understanding of our diamond core drills and blades, including their features, benefits, and applications
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and expand your professional network
Check customer consignment stocks and manage deliveries/collections for orders and Re-Tips

Who We're Looking For:
Field Sales Experience
- Desired, not required (full training provided)
OR Industry Knowledge
- Desired, not required (full training provided)
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Confident in engaging with customers and closing deals
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to manage time and sales pipelines effectively
Full UK Driving License
- Essential for travel within the assigned territory
