Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales specialist in Home Improvements, you will play an integral role in helping clients turn their dream home into a reality. You will be responsible for guiding them through the entire process from the initial consultation through to product selection. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilites

Client Consultation

: Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services

Home Visits

: Attend, appointments per day to provide accurate measurements, understand the customers space & needs , while ensuring personalised , tailored recommendations.

Quotatons & Pricing

: Provide detailed quotations based on client references and budgets , ensuring transparency & clarity

Relationship Building

: Build strong relationships with all customers to ensure our A+ standard of customer service is regularly met and encourage repeat business and referral.

Skills

Communication:

Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and written)

Target Driven

: Sales - driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You should be a motivated individual with a proactive approach to drive sales.

Organisation

: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Time Management

: Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Customer Focused

: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
