Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our offerings.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.
Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in IT tools relevant to sales processes, including CRM systems.
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Time management skills that allow for efficient planning of daily activities in the field.
