Field Sales Representative

to join our growing team and help take our business into its next decade of success.

The Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll meet homeowners across

Glasgow and Scotland-wide

to consult, advise, and sell a range of home improvement solutions. This is a

field-based, customer-facing sales role

requiring a motivated, professional, and personable individual who can deliver genuine value through expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend pre-qualified appointments (and generate some of your own through proactive efforts) Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their needs Present tailored solutions across our full range: roughcasting, coatings, roofing, driveways, solar, and more Provide clear, professional quotes and guide customers through their buying decisions Manage your sales pipeline effectively through to close Represent Weatherface Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and pride

Be flexible and willing to travel Scotland-wide as required

What We're Looking For:

? Proven

field sales experience

(home improvements preferred but not essential)
? A confident, trustworthy, people-first communicator
? Self-motivated with strong closing skills and resilience
? Comfortable working to realistic, achievable targets
? Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely
? Full

driving licence and own vehicle

is essential
? Knowledge of Glasgow and Scottish regions advantageous
?

Willingness to travel across Scotland regularly
