Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and closing deals
- Utilise IT systems to process orders and maintain customer records
- Negotiate terms of sale and handle customer queries effectively
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to negotiate and influence customers towards a purchase
- Good IT skills to navigate sales systems and databases
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building lasting relationships
