We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the field. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage your time effectively to ensure all appointments and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
Proven customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
A background in sales is highly desirable, particularly in a field-based role.
Familiarity with IT products or services is advantageous for understanding client needs.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities simultaneously.
