Role and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts.
Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.
Deliver compelling presentations on all telecom products and services.
Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals.
Stay informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting.
Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches.
Objectives
With telesales activity work through local cold data to book appointments and generate new business opportunities for telecom services.
Meet activity based KPIs covering call volumes, meetings booked, and business signed.
Achievement of new business targets and exceedingly daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.
Take an active part in local business sales campaigns to obtain new B2B customers.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record in B2B outbound selling.
Success in high growth, entrepreneurial team environments.
IT literate. Capable of using Microsoft product suite.
Effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
Quick grasp of new technologies and their business value.
Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, motivational personality with a big-thinking mindset
Full driving and access to own vehicle is a must have
What does success in this role look like?
By working in our new business department, you will take on the responsibility of working through cold data to qualify and capture company contract end dates for services which we provide. You will actively work through the appointments booked looking to deliver a consultative approach for the service in discussion which will result in the potential customers signing on with us. By winning this business, you will receive an uncapped commission of 14% of the GP which is reflected based on your sales performance.
