Salary: 25,000 - 50,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Due to continued growth, we're looking for confident and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team.

The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be meeting homeowners at pre-booked appointments to discuss their home improvement needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Visiting pre-qualified, warm leads at customers' homes Presenting and explaining Homeglaze products clearly and professionally Carrying out basic surveys and quotations Handling customer questions and objections confidently Closing sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience Building long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
No cold calling or door knocking

What We're Looking For

Confident and professional communicator A positive, motivated attitude with a strong work ethic Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission Full UK driving licence Aged 21+ (insurance purposes)
Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training provided for the right person.
