SALARY - 24,000 PER ANNUM + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (35,000 PER ANNUM OTE)

At Mills Milk, we're hiring field-based Sales Representatives to join our friendly team, based in the Inverness area.

Mills Milk is a family-run dairy company that has been in our family for over 100 years! We supply locally sourced milk and farm fresh produce to businesses and homes across Scotland.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sales Rep, you'll help us grow our customer base through door-to-door sales, encouraging people to sign up for our milk and dairy delivery service.

Transport will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Representing Mills Milk and sharing our story with potential customers Planning your route with the sales team to make the most of your time Collecting customer details and passing them along to the office Clearly explaining delivery schedules and orders Delivering fantastic customer service by answering any questions they may have
Previous sales experience (such as door-to-door sales or cold calling) is a plus but is not required. We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with a positive and friendly attitude. Full training will be provided.
