Field Sales Executive

to help us expand our reach, drive conversions, and build a thriving customer base in your local area.

The Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

Manage your diary and schedule appointments using our bespoke online system Visit clients in their homes, showcase our flooring solutions, and measure spaces Deliver persuasive, customer-focused sales presentations Convert leads into sales through excellent communication and rapport-building Use social media and online marketing to generate local leads and promote your services Build a strong personal brand within your territory and grow your customer base Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to final sale
What We're Looking For:

Motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales Strong experience in

field sales or home improvement sales

Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of customers Proven experience using

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for personal or business promotion Understanding of

online marketing tactics

such as content creation, lead generation, and local promotion Excellent diary management and self-motivation Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
