We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the field. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively in English to present product information and answer customer queries. Utilise strong time management skills to plan daily schedules and maximise productivity. Organise sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products. Negotiate terms of sale with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies in the field. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using IT systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients of varying backgrounds. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales reporting and customer management. A valid driving licence is essential for travel between client locations.
