WRX Trade / AKCALI UK Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, driven Filed Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing the sales for the WRX Trade product portfolio. You will oversee managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with the head of departments on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales by tracking sales goals.Previous experience within the paint industry would be preferred, along with selling into retail and B2B. To succeed in this role excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and future customers. Previous experience within a sales role is desired.
Responsibilities :
Managing sales by developing a business plan for retail and B2B that covers sales, revenue and expense controls Meeting planned sales goals Tracking sales and reporting results as required Coordinating with Line Manager on lead generation Promoting the organisation and products Targeting the right customer profiles to suit the WRX Trade brand portfolio.
Key Objectives
: To achieve agreed sales and profit targets by securing new Independent paint retailers in the London/ Southeast Region. To achieve the highest premium brand share with existing and future
WRX TRADE
stockists. Achieve incremental sales to professional painters supporting independent retailers . Represent
WRX TRADE
at national exhibitions and events.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience selling into independent home improvement/building materials retailers, with a track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets by growing accounts and winning new business.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills. Evidence of strong sales discipline.
An ability to present confidently and persuasively and to build strong relationships. Evidence of exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated, driven to succeed and professional. Must demonstrate flexibility and integrity.
An interest in Interior Design and an ability to competently converse with customers about colour, design and technology.
Experience of working in a field-based role, with good organisational skills and an ability to operate proactively and independently.
A sound educational background, with qualifications to degree level preferred or equivalent experience o Proficient in MS Office based IT programmes.
Possess a clean driving license, current passport and be eligible to work in the UK.
Must be willing to travel throughout the defined territory and to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
