is a circular supermarket: we deliver groceries in

reusable packaging

that we collect, clean, and use again. Our customers reduce plastic waste without changing how they shop - and they love it.

We've seen huge success growing through

face-to-face, door-to-door conversations

- and now we're expanding our team. This is a

high-earning opportunity

for experienced reps who want total flexibility, strong support, and a commission structure that rewards performance fast.

OTE 25 per hour, strong performers will earn more.

Flexible hours,

no cap

on commission, and a guaranteed hourly rate of 14 per hour.

The Role

You'll go door-to-door in pre-mapped areas, speaking to people about weekly.shop and helping them sign up. We'll give you the materials you need - you bring the energy, experience, and drive.

Your responsibilities:

Speak with households in person about weekly.shop Sign up new customers using your unique link/code Represent the brand confidently and with purpose Follow assigned routes (no need to plan your own patch)

What You'll Earn

Commission-only pay, with guaranteed minimums on shift

Earn

20-25 per customer

through a tiered commission structure, each tier applies the new commission to ALL previous sales in the week Typical earnings:

120-250 per 6 hour shift

Guaranteed fallback of

14 per hour

(e.g. 84 for a 6-hour day - even if you don't close any sales)
