Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective B2B interactions and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Visit existing and potential retail customers daily to take orders and promote products. Identify and approach new customers to increase sales and market reach. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management. Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Time management skills that enable you to meet deadlines consistently. A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
