Core Functions:
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing pharmacies accounts in London and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Stock merchandising.
Staff training.
To be successful as Field Sales Representative/ Manager, you'll need to have a broad range of experience in sales. Other key skills and attributes that are essential to the role include:
Positive and proactive with can-do attitude
A passion and enthusiasm for the sales job
Skincare market experience highly preferred
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Being client oriented - polite, responsive, and persistent
Good communication and 'people skills'
The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
Organisation and time management
Determination and the drive to work towards targets
Hours & Location:
Your working hours would be from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday in London
Income:
Annual basic salary is negotiable, depends upon years of experiences and industry knowledge.
Plus, Monthly Sales Commission (Negotiable, depends on experience)
Plus, company mobile phone and I-pad.
Plus, travel expenditure paid by the company.
Plus, Company Pension Schemes.
Plus, Paid Holiday: 28 days including bank holiday, starting after 3-month probation period of time.
Training & Development:
In-house training or overseas training in Europe.
