Senior Sales Executive

with strong sales and customer relationship experience.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business through field sales, telesales, networking, and referrals. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer support and after-sales service. Confidently present and demonstrate EPOS solutions to potential clients in-person and virtually. Negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery. Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and processes. Manage time effectively to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (field and telesales) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong customer support and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and language skills (both written and spoken). Confident, persuasive, and able to convince businesses and individuals effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Good time management and organisational ability. A valid driving licence is preferable. Previous experience in technology, software, or EPOS sales is an advantage but not essential.
