Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage a sales territory effectively, including planning travel routes and scheduling appointments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using IT tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth. Continuously improve time management and organisational skills to maximise productivity in the field.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is highly desirable. Must have experience in overhead cranes or lifting industry. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction. Demonstrated ability in negotiation techniques that lead to successful outcomes. A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales processes is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities efficiently.
