Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in a B2B environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully will be key to your success as you represent our brand in the field.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using IT systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and share insights from the field.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar field is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations.
