Field Sales Representative

to help our customers keep their shelves stocked, their displays looking sharp, and their sales growing.

The Role

This isn't about cold calling or hard selling, it's about building genuine relationships, supporting our customers, and ensuring their stores look their best.

You'll visit existing accounts to maintain displays, restock products, and identify opportunities for growth. This role offers plenty of independence, variety, and visible impact, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road and meeting new people every day.

Key Responsibilities

Visit existing customer accounts to check stock levels and manage returns. Ensure product displays are well-presented, tidy, and fully stocked. Identify opportunities to expand product ranges within stores. Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff. Manage your own schedule and route efficiently. Report updates and store insights via a company tablet.

About You

Experienced in a

customer-facing role

(field sales experience a bonus). Holds a

full UK driving licence

. Friendly, approachable, and professional. Self-motivated and organised, with strong attention to detail. Confident using tablets and basic digital tools. Proactive and solutions-focused, able to resolve issues quickly.
