Field Sales Representative

, you'll be the heartbeat of our brand in the field. This is more than a sales gig, it's your chance to champion a healthier way of snacking by building solid partnerships with retailers, health food shops, cafes, and independent grocers. Your mission? Get our products into more hands, more hearts, and more shelves.

What You'll Be Doing

Hit the road across your region in a fully kitted-out company car. Pitch, place, and promote our delicious, clean snacks with energy and purpose. Win new accounts and expand existing ones by being relentless, upbeat, and strategic. Build lasting relationships with store owners and staff, be their go-to for all things Jo's. Merchandising magic: make our products pop on every shelf and stand. Keep tabs on your wins (and learn from your misses): log performance, submit reports, and smash your targets. Represent our brand with pride, passion, and a whole lot of hustle.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Some experience in FMCG, retail, or cafe sales, you speak the language of shelves and footfall. A full driving license and a love for the open road. Self-starter vibes: you don't wait around, you makethings happen. Excellent communication chops, you're a people person who closes deals with style. A sales brain with a service heart. Comfortable using basic CRM or reporting tools to stay on top of your game.
