As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be engaging directly with potential customers in residential areas, promoting energy solutions through face-to-face interactions. This is a door-to-door sales role, ideal for individuals who are confident, resilient, and passionate about helping customers find the best energy deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls door-to-door in assigned territories
Represent energy brands with professionalism and integrity
Explain product benefits and answer customer questions clearly
Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
Accurately complete and submit customer sign-ups
Provide feedback to the team to improve performance
